We design and manufacture products that will confidently survive the rigors of training and competition at the highest levels. Therefore, we stand behind our product with the following guarantees:

We offer you our high quality and customer-tested products.We have a quality assurance date which is Frame 2 year & Wheel set 1 year .Under normal riding ,if there is any damage not caused by human factors,products can be replaced from us.

Details about warranty period :

* Step1 : Send email to :info@lc2000.c0m.cn telling the problem about products .

* Step2: Taking photos or video to us show the problem .

* Step3: We analysis the problem base on the pictures or video .

* Step4:Confirm the problem ,give solving plan .

Notice:

>It is products’ quality problem ,Spcycle pay all fees .

>Confirm it is because human caused , customer need pay all fees .

This warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear, any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or stunt riding (veld bashing, riding down stairs, or similar activities).

* Improper assembly or improper maintenance is not covered by warranty.
