Spcycle Carbon MTB Road Gravel Bike Spare Rear Derailleur Hanger

I have to agree with Alexander on both points. So far the frame is as advertised and on point. They did however send me the incorrect backup derailleur hangers. First they blamed me. Then I sent photos of my order and they conceded it was their error. They did refund my money on the spot. They also did for some reason (maybe because they didn't have them?) refuse to send me the correct ones... Concerns me going forward committing any future investments. Again, frame was on point.

Great Bike frame, really loved the bike I built.BUT it’s impossible to get spear parts from this company and unfortunately I lost a small nut on the frame while biking in the forest.
