For the money, this is a very good frame. Love how lively it feels compared to my older Cannondale Supersix. Make sure you get the right size as the battery for electronic shifting needs to fit in the seat tube

The frame broke during my very first ride! Unfortunately, Spcycle company refuses to replace the frame or send a rear triangle under warranty without charging me. As a result, I am left without a bike and without my money. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer support. I cannot recommend this manufacturer!

For anybody reading these reviews and thinking about buying this or any product from this company think again. They just want your money and supply you with a faulty product that will fail you and when you contact them about said 2 year warranty on website you will be IGNORED. I have sent umpteen emails, first 5 r 6 written in a calm and professional tone but was completely IGNORED. So think again people and do not purchase from this company. A complete disappointment of a company with no morals of professionalism

So i purchased one of the 29er boost xc carbon frameset just over 14 months ago. I am a fully qualified bicycel mechanic who works in a bike shop in ireland. I built it up with carbon wheels and xtr groupset to sell. After a year of no buyer i decided to take it apart to build another bicycle from the shimano parts, as i proceeded to extract the non drive side bottom bracket cup the whole aluminum shell came away from the carbon and came out with it. So in lammens terms the frame was ruined. Not what you would expect when removing a well greased hollowtech bottom bracket. I have contacted the company numerous times since its under warranty and have not received a single response or acknowlegment of issue. So unprofessional. I remember when i was thinking about buying the frame and had some questions, they were so eager to answer my emails in order to facilitate a purchase. I hooe this review help other people to not make a wrong decision and purchase this frame if their looking for aftercare if its damaged. Poor customer service

How the f can there be more weight in moss and cardboard than in bike ! 3 weeks delivery time for France, it arrived very well packed, insanely light. From my felling unboxing it, 35% of the mass was cardboard, 20% packaging foam, the rest was bike. I haven't started assembling it but so far, I really happy with what I have !

Had to replace bearings in rocker link and resin started separating. Contacted SPCYCLE to seek replacement through email and no reply.
